"Pacia" is pronounced "pay-shuh". Think of "patience" or "Patricia".
I have a unique combination of skills and experience. My original career in computer science gave me a strong analytical, problem-solving background. I later pivoted to architecture, studying architectural technology at Madison Area Technical College (and crushing it).
At Potter Lawson, I worked extensively with Revit–from creating original building models to drafting details. The projects I worked on include offices, multifamily housing, and a hotel with complex amenities. I created many Revit families, including models of laboratory equipment. The firm has a rendering specialist, but I did produce some elevations and shadow studies using SketchUp and Enscape.
I plan to become licensed. I’ve completed the majority of my AXP hours, and passed the Practice Management exam (on the first try!). I’m looking for more experience during the construction documentation and contract administration phases.
