We had a pre-existing Revit model for this building. I used it to create the demolition and new construction plans. The principal in charge, Jody Shaw, handled the design and gave me CAD drawings and Bluebeam markups. I created the entire document set shown here, including the code plans and code sheet.
I also worked with the company’s staff to upload the model to BIM 360 for their records.
